Delicious Cherry Cake with Our Pure Jam

Ingredients (6–8 servings)

  • Flour: 250 g

  • Sugar: 180 g

  • Eggs: 4

  • Butter or vegetable oil: 100 g / 100 ml

  • Milk: 100 ml

  • Baking powder: 2 tsp

  • Vanilla: 1 tsp

  • Our fresh homemade cherry jam: 200 g

  • Powdered sugar (optional for decoration)


Instructions

  1. Prepare oven and pan
    Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and lightly flour a cake pan.

  2. Mix dry ingredients
    Sift together flour and baking powder to ensure a light cake.

  3. Cream butter and sugar
    Beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.

  4. Add eggs and vanilla
    Add eggs one by one, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.

  5. Combine with dry ingredients and milk
    Gradually add flour and milk, mixing gently until smooth.

  6. Highlight the cherry jam
    Pour half of the batter into the pan, add our pure cherry jam, then cover with remaining batter.
    Optional: drizzle some jam on top for a beautiful finish.

  7. Bake the cake
    Bake 35–40 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center—if it comes out clean, the cake is done.

  8. Cool and serve
    Let the cake cool slightly. Optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.


Tips & Suggestions

  • For extra flavor, add chopped almonds or walnuts to the batter.

  • Reduce sugar if the cherry jam is very sweet.

  • This cake is free from artificial additives and made with our pure cherry jam, perfect for lovers of natural flavors.
